I knew Dron a few months after my transition from lab testing key account leader to Lean/ QMS consultant. We had two main functions in our team, one is QMS auditing for one international brand and the other is QMS assessment with purpose to help factory improve the efficient and reduce “cost of poor quality”. We worked together for several QMS assessments in VIetnam and Indonisia, he is open minded, professional and knowledgable, which indeed gave me a lot of help and guide. One most challenging respect of QMS assessment is how to make the factory really “believe in” our methodology and idea, which requires that the consultant need to be good at expressing their own idea and presentation, which Dron is absolutely good at it.
